Happy Easter.

For Easter weekend my sister paid for me to come up to Kaysville and watch her kiddos while her and her hubby went to Mexico. So I drove up Friday night and my sister clued me in for everything. Saturday Morning, there was a ward Easter egg hunt, so the kids woke up wanted to hide the eggs in the yard, there was still 3 hours before the hunt. So they had a long morning and waiting. Luke wanted a mohawk like his Uncle Timmy.. So i attempted, and i gave myself a fohawk.
The kids had a blast at the Easter Egg Hunt and Luke scored big with all the eggs.

Well we still had all day, so we attempted to make some cookies. Chocolate chip Oreo cookies off of pinterest. ( I love Pinterest!) Sam and Jane were my little helpers in the beginning and then Ruby helped put the chocolate chips in and the Oreos. Then the little sneak kept eating the cookie dough..I wasn't a very god example because I prefer the dough over the finished product. :)

The kids were stoked about Easter the next day and Jane wanted to have curly hair for Easter and so she found the curlers, and little Ruby tuesday wanted to be just like her. So here are the sista's in the curlers.
The Easter Bunny sent the "wild ones" on a scavenger hunt to find their Easter baskets. They woke up and I got them ready for church and then off they went to find the baskets. It was fun to see them so excited and into it! This is their Easter picture after church. When I came out of Relief Society Luke was excited to show me this picture he got from his Primary class. It was a picture of Jesus because Easter is about Jesus and His resurrection. He was so excited that he took it to show Grandma and Grandpa.

Happy Easter! Love the "wild ones"
