General Conference.

General Conference was such an amazing weekend. The Lord truly does know us individually. I heard a lot of things that I needed to hear. My ward had the opportunity to go up to General Conference. Bro. Wilkey had the hook ups! I was able to go to both sessions on Saturday and have AMAZING seats! Can you say Row D?! Yeah.. super close.
Athena, Stephanie, Abbee, Me.
Our "special" parking pass. We got to park nice and close for the first session, along with everyone else important in the church. We saw President Eyring, L. Tom Perry, and shoot..i don't remember who else. It was pretty amazing though!

All the girls and a few of the boys were able to go to the afternoon session, and after we had the surprise of going to meet the Governor. We hopped into the van and headed to the Governor's Mansion. So neat!

You'd think I would have had enough for one day, but nope! I went to a concert that same night. Thank you Matthew for the tickets!! So excited to see Fun.

We enjoyed the show!

Re-hydrating at Denny's after. We told the waitress all we wanted was water and A LOT of it, well I feel like she wanted to play a joke on us and brought us out small cups!

For some odd reason our hotel didn't have continental breakfast, so Athena, Hayley and I ran to Denny's to get some breakfast while everyone else went to conference.
They make some good pancakes!
I was able to meet up with a bunch of friends and my parents for the afternoon session of conference. On Saturday the weather was so nice and then Sunday rolled around and the weather was freezing, snowy, and rainy. I did not come prepared for that. I finally warmed up a little inside the conference center and I took out my glasses and snapped them right in half during conference.. That was embarrassing. And I need those glasses to drive home.
After conference we all went to eat at Macaroni Grill, including my parents. It was delicious! I'm glad that everyone decided to come to dinner. :) I miss the restaurants up north.
