Easter.

Happy Easter.. going home for the holiday made it so much happier then it would have been in STG. I left St. George saturday afternoon around 2:00 and drove straight there! My Nephew turned 9 years old on April 20, he is getting so big (literally, only a few more inches until he has me beat) I remember when he was born..I still had braces so it was before Junior High and now i'm in my 3rd year of college. Time really does fly by. Saturday night I joined up with the family for a birthday dinner at Tony's pizza. It was so good..well my pasta was good, but I'm sure the pizza was too! Easter was a blast, it was only my sister and her family who joined us for dinner, but it was still amazing. I love those little kiddos.

Janie and Me.. i loved that she wanted to spend every minute with me. I even painted her nails so cute with jewels all over them. She thought it was awesome! It's my favorite to go home and have my nieces and nephews want to play with me all the time. =)

Zion Ponderosa Weekend Getaway

Thank you Aubrey for inviting me to go spend the

weekend with her and her family in a luxurious house

up at the Zion Ponderosa Resort. It wasa blast.

We went 4-wheeling, which it was my first time trail riding.

The only other time I've been on a 4-wheeling is my Grandparent's

old dairy farm, so this was a little bit different, but it was so fun!

And my favorite part was riding through the mud!!!

I had tons of good food, played games

colored Easter eggs, and roasted some 'mallows.

I made us stop in the middle of the road and take pictures,

so we each had our own 4-wheeler.

Favorite Snack...Yum!

Caramel Chex Mix

• 4 cups Chocolate Chex
• 4 cups Corn Chex
• 4 cups Multi-Grain Cheerios
• 1 bag Pretzel Goldfish

In microwave safe bowl combine:

• 1 stick butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup corn syrup

--Microwave for 1 & 1/2 minutes
Add:

• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Soda
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla

-- Microwave for 1 minute
Mix with cereal and put in paper bag. Microwave for 1 minute.
Spread out on cookie sheet to cool. Add m & m's, nuts or candy corn.

Playin' in Provo

Aubrey and I stopped in Provo on our way back to St. George and I called up Ruben to come play with Chad, Logan, Me and Aubrey. We were only missing Jimmy and i almost got all the old roomies together. But it was way fun. Ruben finally found us when he described, "he is by the upside cigarette" (we are only BYU campus at this point) only Ruben would describe something that way. We all got together talking for a minute, played freeze tag, duck duck goose, and then went by the library where there are little man holes..? with a metal grate over them. and we climbed down in them..which is a no, no on BYU. But it was fun! And then Aubrey and I went and visited Jake Jensen for a little while until we left.
