I was lucky enough to get invited to go to a wedding with a friend in California to a little Island called Balboa Island. So much fun. We stayed in a beach house that was so quaint and was one street away from Main Street. So we got into California Friday evening and got to walk around Main Street. While walking on Main Street I felt like I was in an old movie because it has an older feel to it and everyone knew each other. It was neat to walk around the marina and see all the expensive boats and expensive houses. But there is a ferry to ride across to "Balboa Fun Zone" which had a Ferris wheel, arcade, restaurants, and the beach! The Ferris wheel made me think of the movie "The Notebook"..no joke it had the feel of that movie. Loved it. Anyway lots of fun and walking around the island. The wedding/Reception was decorated amazing. It was a fun wedding and in a very unique spot. How many people get married at Balboa Island? Not that many..well no one I know that is. Good Food, Open Bar ( I love me a Shirley Temple.), and dancing. It was a fun night.
Ferry Ride.
This building on the left with all the lights..that is where the Wedding/Reception was.Awesome.
This was some GOOOOD pizza.
Las Vegas.
These aren't actually my pictures but they give you the idea. I was finally able to go on all the roller coasters on top of the Stratosphere in Vegas. I've always just wanted to ride the Big Shot, but I got to do them all thanks to good friends! So FUN! Holy smokes, they actually weren't that scary either. :) What a fun night!

Thanksgiving.
I was able to go home for Thanksgiving break. Watched the movie Super 8 with some of the siblings at our "sleepover", it was "mint" :) Ran a 5k the next morning with the fam. Then just relaxed at ate food the rest of the day. Also planned our Black Friday shopping. The girls hit up Wal-Mart, Ulta, Park City, Target. It was a good time..I love watching the crazies on Black Friday. Also went to dinner at a restaurant called Settebello. DELICIOUS! It was the best pizza I have ever had. It is right by P.F. Changs in SLC. I would recommend going there.
St. George
I started volunteering in the Imaging Department at the Hospital down here in St. George and Saturday was my first day. I woke up late and came downstairs to get ready and my amazing roomie Aubrey had gotten up early and made me breakfast. It was the sweetest thing ever and a huge surprise because Aubrey does not do morning. I really appreciated the little act of service though. Love that girl!
School is almost done for Fall semester. Thank heavens..I am already mentally done with school, not good when I still have one more week plus finals week. Yikes!
