Training..Day 2
I've started "training" this week for races and what not..and today my training was a bike ride and holy moly biking is so much harder than running. I hear people talk about upper leg strength...and I don't have ANY! I think that is why biking is so hard. In St. George there are these nice running trails and with the recent flood I heard they got destroyed but i figured it would just be mud and dirt and i could ride through it until i started going along the trial looking at how different the river bed is and then i look in front of it and it is like a cliff where the trail ends! I almost rode off the edge!(but thankfully I didn't) No joke or exaggeration. There was no way of getting around this obstacle so I had to turn around and find somewhere new to ride my bike.
